Amber Bruns, MS, BCBA

Amber is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services and the Director of The READY Clinic. She obtained her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and her certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked with children and adults with various disabilities, including those with autism and related developmental disabilities, who engage in severe problem behaviors. Amber has extensive history assessing problem behaviors and developing behavioral interventions to decrease the occurrence of problem behaviors.

Melissa Andree, MS, BCBA

Melissa earned her undergrad degree in K-12 Special Education and Elementary Education from Winona State University. She earned her graduate degree in the Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa has been working with students of various disabilities and who demonstrate challenging behavior for nine years.

Hazel Ashbeck, MS, BCBA

Hazel is a BCBA with a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Psychology with a Human Services emphasis and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in a center-based setting with children with autism, as well as in home settings with adolescents with developmental disabilities.

Amy Atkins, MS, BCBA

Amy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Philosophy as well as Theatre/Communication from Dakota Wesleyan University. She earned a Master of Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL. After serving as an ordained pastor for seven years, she has worked in public education for seven years. During this time, she earned a Master of Science in SpEd with a focus in ABA from the University of North Dakota, becoming a BCBA in 2020. Throughout her career her passions have continued to be supporting skill development for children and adults across environments, implementing trauma informed practices, and staff development.

Robert Beringer, MA, EdS, BCBA

Robert has a passion for helping others learn to genuinely connect with students and developing methods for impactful daily encounters. He previously served students with behavior disorders and medical complexities as both a Special Education Teacher and School Administrator.

Rachel Cox Raverty, MSW, BSSW, LGSW

Rachel has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She maintains dual licensure with the MN Department of Education as a School Social Worker and with the MN Board of Social Work as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. She has experience in children’s mental health, child welfare, child protection, chemical health services, drug court and school social work. Her areas of interest include clinical case consultations, applying evidence-based best practice standards across multiple populations and settings, program development and evaluation, workplace culture, trauma stewardship, advocacy and social justice.

Alison Dickinson, Behavior Specialist

Alison “Ali” earned her undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Education program in Special Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis concentration at Texas Tech University. Ali has worked with children and adults with a wide variety of disabilities in residential, clinical, and educational settings for over 5 years.

Jason Dybsetter, MA, BCBA

Jason has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Religion from Augustana, and a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in New Testament from Luther Seminary. Jason has worked for over 10 years with children and adults who demonstrate extreme behavioral difficulties in both residential and educational settings. His professional passions include functional analysis and the development of performance management systems.

Nichole Frericks, Behavior Specialist

Nichole earned her undergraduate degree in Corrections and Sociology from Minnesota State University Mankato. She has experience working within the Minnesota Civil Commitment court process and spent nine years providing case management services to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults. Nichole's primary role was to provide in-home mental health services and community resources, with a goal of symptom reduction and overall stability.

Ana Guenther, MS, BCBA

Ana has a BA in Youth and Family Ministry and Psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Midland University in Fremont, NE and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She has worked with individuals with disabilities of a variety of a in a variety of settings including, center based treatment, in home, in school and respite camp.

Nicole received her BA in Sociology from the College of St. Benedict. She then completed her BCaBA coursework at the University of West Florida. Nicole has experience in home-based and clinic-based early intervention, as well as experience in an educational setting working with students with a variety of disabilities.

Julie received her master's degree from Grand Canyon University in the field of Education with an emphasis in Special Education. Prior to completing her master's degree, Julie studied and received a degree in Fine Arts at Northern State University. She completed her BCBA course work through Florida Institute of Technology. Julie has worked in the educational setting with learners with various disabilities along with challenging behaviors for the past six years.

Cassie Patterson, MS, BCBA

Cassie earned her undergraduate degrees in elementary and special education from Dakota State University as well as her graduate degree in Special Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of North Dakota. Cassie has worked with children with a variety of disabilities and severe behavioral challenges for the past 9 years. She has a particular passion for teaching eating and communication skills.

Amy is the Behavior Analyst Clinical Lead. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Family Social Science from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She earned her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Amy has worked with children with autism and related developmental disabilities for the past 10 years. Amy’s professional interests include parent training, behavioral assessment, and the systematic evaluation of program outcomes.

Ashley Willman, Behavior Specialist

Ashley has worked with children and adults who engage in severe problem behaviors for over 14 years in both a residential and educational setting. She has worked as a teaching assistant, a supervisor on a residential behavioral unit, and as a Behavior Specialist. She enjoys connecting and building relationships with students so she can teach them the skills they need to be successful in their everyday lives.
