The Summer Leadership Conference kicks off with a social on Tuesday, June 28th at 6:30pm -- and concludes Thursday, June 30th at noon.

Target Audience: District Leadership Teams

Wednesday's agenda:  Comprehensive Systems of Support: CSS/MTSS/RtI

District Leadership Teams will look at greater systems implementation for the practices of Comprehensive Systems of Support with the very best principles from multiple practices, such as RTI, MTSS, PLCs, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Standards-Referenced Grading and Reporting are combined into a cohesive and systematic whole that is much greater (and easier to coordinate) than the sum of its parts.

Thursday's agenda:  LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS FOR THE 21^ST CENTURY SYSTEM 

District Leadership Teams will look at supporting the different learning styles of their students.  We hope to tour (in-person or virtual) the new Alexandria High School to see how they adapted the traditional look and feel of a school into a facility that accommodates many different learning styles. Knowing a new building isn’t possible for everyone, we will talk about how to develop a personalized learning approach in our school buildings. We will arm districts with resources and challenge each to use their Clarity data and best-practice research to start a pilot project (taking a school building, a group of grades or a couple classrooms).

Cost: $300 per person (includes meals and lodging)
