CANCELLED - Secondary Transition Planning 101 for D/HH Families

Description

The transition to adulthood is an exciting time for families.  It can also be scary if you have not been informed of the available resources and tools.  This session is being provided to families with children who are Deaf and hard of hearing, in order to share specific information to help make this process move more smoothly.  Parents of children at any age are invited to attend.  
 
Anticipated presenters include representatives from Vocational Rehabilitative Services, County Agencies, Higher Education, Social Security Administration and Minnesota Department of Education.
 
 Please come with any questions you may have in order to make the most of this informational meeting.
 
Light refreshments will be provided.
