SWWC will not provide any information that is considered private or confidential through SMS or MMS communications. Any information that you submit to SWWC via SMS or MMS that is considered confidential, private, or otherwise protected may result in no response or follow-up from SWWC staff. You are asked to refrain from submitting any personally identifiable information or private health information to SWWC through SMS or MMS technologies.
Data found to be confidential, private, or personally identifiable that was sent by you to staff of SWWC will be immediately deleted by SWWC staff, however complete removal from data archiving solutions, carrier networks, and security software cannot be guaranteed, and in some cases may not be able to be legally removed due to state and federal communication retention requirements.
Children's Privacy
Our SMS/texting services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly accept or send SMS or MMS messages to or from children under 18. If we become aware that we have received a SMS or MMS message from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
